All registrants (members, students, candidates and firms) are responsible to comply with the rules which include the Act, Regulations and By-laws and Rules of Professional Conduct. Copies of each will be made available here as they are approved.
LEGISLATION
The Acts are passed by the Legislative Assemblies and provides the framework for how the profession operates in the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
BY-LAWS
The Bylaws support the application of the Act and Regulation. The Bylaws are approved by the Board and includes matters related to membership, fees, governance and regulation of registrants.
